What’s New?
Configuration
- Refactored OnTime to use persistent User IDs internally across the platform instead of legacy short UIDs. This includes user groups, settings, images, custom field data, permissions, and the Desktop UI. The new approach provides a stable user identity across Domino and Exchange migrations while maintaining backward compatibility with existing APIs.
- Added a new Default Settings option to hide the Export button in the Time Off and List View screens.
Data Database
- Added a new Data Database action that allows administrators to change the owner of private groups. This utility can be used to recover ownership of groups that may have been lost during the migration from legacy short IDs to User IDs or during a Domino-to-Exchange migration.
Exchange Servlet
- Improved the migration process from Domino to Exchange. Users can now be marked as ready for migration, which automatically removes their Domino calendar data and disables Domino synchronization. If the user is not subsequently matched by the Exchange service, they follow the standard lifecycle of moving to Soft Deleted after 7 days and being permanently deleted after an additional 7 days.
